Study Centre, Castle
The Study Centre is situated in the first courtyard of the castle and is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The building of the former stables (Chateau No. 232 – Column Hall) was converted into an administrative building in 1938 and later into a police office. In 2015-2016 the building underwent a sensitive reconstruction in the style of the 1940s/50s.
The active operation of the Study Centre was inaugurated on 25 November 2016 with an international conference on the theme “UNESCO heritage site, a place of outstanding universal values, a place of science and research”.
