Classical music for schools
A cheerful and interactive programme consisting of a concert by philharmonic musicians and the active involvement of children brings the most famous compositions by Czech composers to the Plešivec Primary School in Český Krumlov.
During the interactive programme with an unconventional classical music concert, the children's audience sits on wooden benches or mats, which serve as exercise aids in a standard PE class. However, the fun event does not leave the pupils sitting for long, they enthusiastically join the programme by singing, imagination, conducting, playing and answering questions about classical music from the moderator Klára Boudalová. Professional philharmonic musicians play violin, viola and cello, while pupils and teachers play whatever is at hand. Together they embark on an adventurous cruise on the Vltava River to the New World, or become a composer quickly and easily.
