Lecture by Martin Hilský: Shakespeare‘s „sonnet tragedy“ Romeo and Juliet
In his lecture, Martin Hilský will try to bring the audience closer to Shakespeare’s most famous tragedy of love and death. He will present Romeo and Juliet as a “sonnet tragedy” and as the play in which Shakespeare first discovered the beautiful and compelling language of love.
