Sunday Matinee: to the Sound of Organ and Trumpet

Jiří Houdek and Aleš Bárta will pay tribute to the royal instrument and the sonorous tones of the trumpet on Sunday morning.

The first Sunday of the festival will belong to the sublime organ in conjunction with the piercing tones of the trumpet. Aleš Bárta and Jiří Houdek will appeal to all those who love the sumptuous sound carried through the ceremonial space with its magnificent acoustics and divine atmosphere. The musical encounter, which will open the series of Sunday concerts in the sanctuaries, will begin fittingly to the rhythm of Vejvanovsky's Sonata in G minor. The concert will be in the spirit of the traditional repertoire, equally distributed between the two performers.
