From carpark P2 take the stairs up, walk along Pivovarská street, turn left into Latrán street. Walk along this street for about 5 minutes until you get to pizzeria Latrán, turn left again into Nové Město street and in a short while you will reach the entrance into the Brewery Garden.

The simplest way leads from parkplace P4 by the Castle Garden. From the parkplace simply walk straight ahead to the building of the Castle Riding Hall, walk around it and you will get to the courtyard (respirium) at the end of which you will find the entrance into the Castle Riding Hall.

Park your car in carpark P4 and enter the castle garden through the small gate by the restaurant Krčma Markéta. You will see the Cascade Fountain in front of you, where you will turn right and continue straight ahead to the lake.
The second option is the entrance from the carpark in Důlní street. On the right you will find the entrance into the castle garden and from there you will walk to the Cascade Fountain, turn left and the path will take you to the lake.

From carpark P2 take the stairs up, walk along Pivovarská street until you reach the corner with Latrán street and turn left into Latrán street. Walk along this street for around 3 minutes to the red gate of the Český Krumlov Castle. From the gate walk uphill for about 5 minutes until you reach the Fourth Courtyard, where you will see the entrance into the Masquerade Hall on your right.
Another option is to park in carpark P4 by the Castle Garden, walk straight ahead to the building of the Castle Riding Hall, walk past it and continue for about 200 metres down the hill, enter the premises of the castle, walk past the Baroque Theatre on your left, along the Cloak Bridge and you will get to the Fourth Courtyard, where the entrance into the Masquerade Hall is.

Walk along this street for around 3 minutes to the red gate of the Český Krumlov Castle. From the gate walk uphill for about 5 minutes until you reach the last courtyard, where you will see the entrance into the Baroque Theatre on your right.
Another option is to park in carpark P4 by the Castle Garden, walk straight ahead to the building of the Castle Riding Hall, walk past it and continue for about 200 metres down the hill, enter the premises of the castle and you will see the Baroque Theatre on your left.

There is another entrance into the Monastery Garden right opposite the entrance into the Brewery Garden in Nové Město street.

Drive through Český Krumlov in the direction of Lipno, after about 5 minutes turn right onto road no. 166 in the direction of Křenov and soon after turn left onto road no. 15910 in the direction of Boletice. When you enter Boletice, turn right again and take the lane to the church. You will park there and then walk 300 metres to the church.

Drive through Český Krumlov in the direction of Lipno until you reach Kájov. When you enter the town, turn right and you will get to the church.

When travelling from Prague, you can choose between two main routes.
You can take road E 55 to České Budějovice and from there road I/39, which leads to Český Krumlov. The journey will take around two hours and a quarter.
The second option is motorway D4. From Prague go in the direction of Zbraslav, then take road E49 and continue along road II/166. If you choose this option, the journey will take about 15 minutes longer than along road E55.
You can take the train from the main railway station in Prague to České Budějovice, where you have to change to a different train or bus. The duration of the journey depends on the delay caused by the change, usually it takes around three hours.
From Prague (“Florenc Central Bus Station” or “Na Knížecí”) you can take RegioJet and FlixBus buses to Český Krumlov. The journey by this direct bus takes around three hours and the bus only stops in Písek and České Budějovice.
The biggest airport in the Czech Republic is the airport in Prague – Václav Havel Airport (190 km from Český Krumlov). Some flights fly to Brno (250 km from Český Krumlov) while other flights fly to Linz in Austria (88 km from Český Krumlov) or to Munich in Germany (270 km from Český Krumlov).
The airport closest to Český Krumlov is the small airport in České Budějovice (21 kms from Český Krumlov), which should be prepared for charter, touristic, business as well as cargo national and international transport from 2021.
